So, I have been using MSI Afterburver OSD to display my GPU stats for years now.  It has worked with every game I have played.

Now we come to BF4 and it doesn't work anymore.  It does, but not the OSD part.  I have seen posts in th GURU forums about Afterburner not working with 64 bit games, so I use the BF_x86.exe, but it still doesn't display my GPU stats.

Just wondering if anyone in the group uses it and has it working.  IF you do, what do I have to do?

It works fine in BF2, BFBC2, AIX mod, and several other apps I have that use either Directx or OpenG/L to display.

IF you have any suggestions, thanks.

Never mind, fixed it...if you need the fix...

This is just a work around until we get a 64bit update. means switching the game to 32bit
Note, I am told there is not much noticeable difference in game quality between the two versions, depends on Ram, but please post back here if you do notice something.

1. go to your origin popup page, the one that has your games on it.
2. Right click on the Battlefield 4 game picture on your "My Games" Page.
3. Click on "Show Game Details"
4. Click "EDIT" next to the "Launch Options"
5. click on the x86 to choose it as your default launch version. You can always change it back if you do not like it.
6. Now when you run your game it will be in 32bit and your Msi features should work again, recording, on screen display etc.........

Found this on the uksf-clan forum.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't use it but I'm sure anyone who does will appreciate it.
